Programmed by Chris Lene, a leader in this fitness community with over 25 yrs of experience. This Functional Fitness class will ensure you have the most well rounded, comprehensive training program in the area.
This class is designed to cater to your specific needs, yet keep the community aspect which helps everyone elevate their workout. We use weightlifting, gymnastics, plyometrics, mobility complexes comprised of body movements that utilize everything your body is intended to do! This class is challenging but we have a proven way to allow anyone to workout with an emphasis on what they need to be intense yet safe while they progress their fitness to the next level!
