Programmed by Chris Lene, a leader in this fitness community with over 25 yrs of experience. This Functional Fitness class will ensure you have the most well rounded, comprehensive training program in the area.
This class is designed to cater to your specific needs, yet keep the community aspect which helps everyone elevate their workout. We use weightlifting, gymnastics, plyometrics, mobility complexes comprised of body movements that utilize everything your body is intended to do! This class is challenging but we have a proven way to allow anyone to workout with an emphasis on what they need to be intense yet safe while they progress their fitness to the next level!
It’s More than Sit Ups
We’re going to pump you up! Strengthen and tone your body by letting one of our certified pros teach you proper form and different fitness routines. This will help to improve endurance, build muscle mass, rev up your metabolism and develop maximum strength. Your body will thank you.
Small Group Training
This class allows for customizable goal setting and personal guided training sessions without having to pay the price of private training.
This 50 Min class runs 6AM through 10AM and 4PM through 7PM starting every hour. Your program will vary based on your goals and your assessment. You will coach will help choose the best set of exercises, rep schemes and combinations to maximize your time in the gym. Programs will be built around these phases.
